All orders including subscriptions and collections are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm may move into the next day’s processing window.

We offer convenient, free delivery options for customers near our two locations on selected days:

Free local delivery will automatically appear at checkout if your delivery address falls within one of the following postcode areas:

We keep things simple and sustainable — your order is packed in recyclable or compostable packaging, including boxes, tissue, and void fill.

🐾 Subscription Orders
Our subscription boxes are tailored, flexible, and easy to manage.
Subscription boxes are dispatched monthly on the same date your first order was placed.
Orders follow the same 2–4 working day dispatch window.
Free delivery is only available on orders over £40 or if your address qualifies under our selected postcode policy or if you select local collection at checkout.
You can pause or cancel anytime, no strings attached.
Want to change box type? Simply cancel the current one and re-subscribe with your new choice.
Want to add a one-off extra? Just email us and we’ll include it!

🔁 Returns and Exchanges
Not wag-worthy? No worries. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To qualify, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Be in resale-ready condition
📦 Please obtain proof of postage for all returns. We can’t process refunds or exchanges for items lost in transit or returned in poor condition.

Once dispatched, delivery times are out of our direct control but we’ll always help if something’s gone astray.

Your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days
Your parcel arrived damaged
You entered the wrong delivery address (we’ll try our best to help, but can’t promise rerouting after dispatch)
