We’re just as excited as your dog is to get those treats delivered! Below is everything you need to know about shipping, returns, exchange, local collection, and subscriptions:

📦 Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders including subscriptions and collections are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm may move into the next day’s processing window.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

We currently deliver across the UK via Royal Mail or a trusted courier.

Standard Delivery:

  • £2.99 flat rate
  • FREE on all orders over £40
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch

🚗 Free Local Delivery & Collection

We offer convenient, free options for customers near our two locations:

  • Free Local Delivery (within 4 miles)
    If you’re within 4 miles of either postcode below, free local delivery will appear automatically at checkout:

  • 📍 CF62 5AU – Barry Waterfront

📱 Please include a mobile number at checkout so we can arrange a delivery time that works for both of us.

We'll notify you when it's ready. Collections are prepared within 2–4 working days.

We keep things simple and sustainable — your order is packed in recyclable or compostable packaging, including boxes, tissue, and void fill.
Less waste. More tail wags.

😕 Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items

We always double-check before dispatch, but if something’s gone wrong:

  • Wrong item? Let us know and we’ll fix it.
  • Missing item? Send us a photo of your dispatch note.
  • Damaged on arrival? Contact us — we’ll make it right.

⚠️ Delays & Delivery Issues

Once dispatched, delivery times are out of our direct control  but we’ll always help if something’s gone astray.

Please contact us at info@licketysniff.co.uk if:

  • Your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days
  • Your parcel arrived damaged
  • You entered the wrong delivery address (we’ll try our best to help, but can’t promise rerouting after dispatch)

We currently only ship within the UK — but we’re sniffing out international options soon!
